This project was designed to bring creatives together giving them an environment to live and work individually or  communally as they see fit. We’ve all learned to work individually in recent years and many have forgotten the importance of working with and connecting with our peers. This space is organized in such a manner to give individuals their own working spaces on the outer wing while drawing them closer together as they move inward creating a natural communing ground. Creatives have a direct path from their living spaces to their studio spaces allowing them to move as desired. The center corridor functions as an avenue connecting the outer wings of the building to the communal areas, outdoor spaces and the amphiteather.
